Cross Point Atrium Installation

When Yale Properties USA purchased the former Wang Labs building in Lowell, MA, they renamed it Cross Point, and included a new three story glass lobby atrium in the renovation plans. The architect, Dyer Brown, contacted Transformit to create an artistic fabric installation that would diffuse light, and complement the interior space.

The initial concept called for a more constrained and conventional approach to the fabric design, but the owners and the architect were amenable to our proposal for a more elaborate and adventurous installation. The fact that our proposal remained within the projected budget was an additional bonus.
