Our Process

When you rent or purchase fabric structures from Transformit, we are more than your vendor. We collaborate with you to the satisfaction of you and your client in every way.

From the beginning, our experienced and knowledgeable staff will provide the information you need: suggested Transformit pieces to use, design solutions, sizes, weights, installation details, fire certificates and other details. We ask the right questions to make sure you are not faced with any avoidable last-minute situations.

All of the items shown in our Ready-Made portfolio are available for rental. Our standard rental term is 7 days, which begins on the day the items are delivered to you. Extended rentals are available as well.

If you have a design layout in mind already and in-house resources to do your own drawings, we'll provide you with CAD models of our Ready-Made pieces to create your own layout. Or if you would like our help, we'll gladly provide a drawing and one revision at no charge. Once you have your design, we will provide you with a quote, including shipping and applicable taxes. When your order is placed, we'll send you a confirmation to review for accuracy.

Depending on the complexity of a custom project, the completeness of the design, and you or your client's requirements we will provide you with either a ballpark estimate or a formal quote for all custom work. When a custom order is placed we'll assign you one of our project designers, who then creates project approval detail drawings for your review. Once the detail drawings are approved, a production work order is issued to begin manufacturing and fabrication of the project.

Upon shipping your order, we will send you tracking information and track the order for you as well. Individual components of your order, frames and fabric, are each packed separately in color coded and labeled bags. Included in all shipments are step-by-step assembly directions illustrated with photos. Additionally, rental orders include completed return labels.

Most importantly, someone at Transformit is on-call 24/7. We work with reliable professional shippers, however should something go wrong, we are only a phone call away.
