Mississippi Convention Center

The ceiling in the ballroom at the Mississippi Convention Center needed some visual excitement and the acoustics were bad.  In collaboration with the architects, Transformit designed panels with our acoustic polysoft fabric on the inside, and an outer layer of alternating custom colored fabrics. The 750 panels created a dynamic exciting visual and improved acoustics considerably.  The panels were hung vertically to allow easy access to ceiling hangpoints, lighting, and fire supression sprinklers.
