For twenty years, Transformit, based in Maine, USA, has made a business of art, creating and installing large and beautiful tension-fabric sculptures. Led by sculptor Cynthia Thompson, MFA, our work meets the highest standards. Our installations are seen in museums, retail stores, hotels, restaurants, airports, sports venues, stages, events and exhibitions. Transformit provides full service: conceptual design, modeling, engineering, prototyping, fabrication, delivery, installation and maintenance. We work collaboratively with clients from a project’s earliest stages. The company owns numerous innovations, both aesthetic and technical. Our work has received many awards for design excellence, including the iF Product Design and GOOD DESIGN awards. Commitment to the art of tension-fabric sculpture is shared by all of us.
